اول شي اقول مبروك لكل اللي يشتغلون بالقطاع النفطي على الزيادة ، انا موظفة حديثة في القطاع النفطي يعني ان شاء الله بتحوشني الزيادة.
هذا النص اللي وصلنا من النقابة يعطيهم العافية "وعلى ضوء ذلك ، نبارك للعاملين في شركة نفط الكويت والقطاع النفطي هذه الزيادة المستحقة والتي ما كانت لتتم لولا تكاتفكم والتفافكم حول نقابتكم ونعلن تعليق الاضراب المزمع تنفيذه يوم الاحد 18/9/2011 بعد ان تم تحقيق مطالبكم المشروعة."
بس قاعدة اشوف اشياء و اسمع من الناس اشياء تحز بالخاطر يعني اللي يقولون ليش انتو شنو تسوون عشان يزيدونكم و لا كل هالمزايا و بعد لكم عين تطالبون بزيادة ، او الحين كادر المعلمين ما اقروه و انتو زيادتكم اقروها ؟

يعني اولا احنا نتبع وزارة النفط يعني مالنا شغل بوزارة التربية و ان شاء الله ربي يكتب لهم الكادر احنا مالنا شغل ، ثانيا الي يقولون شنو تسوون عشان يزيدونكم ؟ يكفي انا نداوم من الساعة7 الى الساعة 3 ،عندنا موظفيين يداومون بالحقول تحت الشمس اللي لو نوقف تحتها عشر دقايق سحنا ، دخل الكويت الاول هو النفط و الشغل اللي احنا نسويه عشان نوصل الانتاج المطلوب.
يعني ياليت كلمة مبروك من غير التعليق اللي وراه و الله يرزق باجي الوزارات مالا داعي تقارنونا بغيرنا لان لو بنقارن حتى بعد الزيادة موظفي القطاع النفطي بالكويت اقل من باجي دول الخليج
و شكرا لانكم تحملتو تحلطمي لان و الله شي يجرح لما نسمع مثل هالكلام.

Problem is, within 5 years, the salaries have more than double and keeps rising in government and oil sector. And while I know some people are working hard beyond official hours in both areas, the majority aren't, and there is large excess employees in both sectors, and the recent increases keep driving more people from private sector back, defeating purpose of da3m al-3mala and privatization.
ReplyDeleteI'm not envying anyone who earns his money. But the problem is when every sector arranges for a strike that will put the whole country to halt, and arm twist to get undeserved raises. Now lab Drs are arranging for strike in October, and more will follow, just like more have happened before. It's an endless loop of striking to get massive raises. Those raises do not distinguish the hard working from those who do not even show up for work, and it creates market inflation that back fires.
So many friends of mine in oil sector are saying the increase is too much. My Eng. friends in government also confirmed salary raises for Eng was way over-blown. Net result is, it doesn't make sense for engineers now to work in private sector anymore. Because working or not, there is huge sum of money in government and oil sector.
Sorry for the long comment, but all these raises (and some have benefited me) are without any study, does not reflect on performance at all, and is draining this country's resources.
thanks for your feed back bashar and i see your point of view and your right that now every sector in the country will threat on a strike if their demands are not being answered, i didn't say i agree with the method of the raise and to be honest i haven't been that long with KOC to complain about my salary.
ReplyDeletethe whole point of the post was what people reaction to that raise from out side the K-companies either family , friends or people i parley know and as i said i hope god for all my Kuwaiti employees either government or privet sector .
